Jamaican Pulled Pork

This recipe is great to keep made up in the refrigerator for a quick snack or an entire meal! INGREDIENTS:

-2 Lb Pork Roast

-1 Packed of Healthy by

Choice BBQ Rub

-1 Small Onion, Chopped

-1/4 Cup Jerk Sauce

-1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

-2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

-1/2 Fresh Pineapple,

Chopped (opt)

DIRECTIONS

-In a crock pot, combine everything except for the pineapple.

-Cook on low for 5 hours.

-Shred the pork roast, add in pineapple and ¼ cup jerk sauce.

-Cover and cook another hour on low.

-This recipe goes great on a toasted organic bun, in a lettuce wrap, or over rice!
